mail shots. Producing and sending out mailers can be particularly onerous
for any business. How often have you had a team of your highly-paid
employees around a table just to fold and stuff several hundred letters

can create your merge template in Word™, upload it to our website together

How does PDQit work?
The PDQit
driver looks like any other Printer Driver on your PC and you can access
it in the same way as you would any printer i.e. Click ‘File'>‘Print'
and select it from the drop down menu.

When you send your document to be posted via the PDQit driver it will communicate with the PDQit server...

...and then display your document with the visible envelope address area highlighted in a red box for final approval. The document view can be expanded if required...

...This screen also displays your billing information - both the cost
of sending the document and also your available balance. If required, you
can top up the funds in your account by clicking the ‘Credit Account'
button and following the instructions.
Once you are happy that your
document is as expected and you have checked the recipient's address falls
within the red box (the red box isn't printed by the way!) click the OK
button and your document will now be encrypted, compressed and sent to us
for printing and posting.
However, this is not the end of the process as you will now receive an email from us confirming your document has been received. The email will also include a pdf copy of the original document for your records.
