How easy is it to use the
PDQit™ service?
The PDQit™ interface looks and feels the same
as if you were sending a document to be printed on your local desktop or
departmental printer. The only difference is that when you select the
PDQit printer and click 'print', the letter created on your PC is then
automatically printed, folded, placed in an envelope and posted from our
own secure facility. The solution is completely scaleable and can be used
by any organisation large or small.
Can I use the PDQit for mail
shots?
Producing and sending out mailers can be particularly
onerous for any business. How often have you had a team of your
highly-paid employees around a table just to fold and stuff several
hundred letters into envelopes? The whole procedure can take hours. But
with PDQit™ you can create your merge template in Word™ and upload it to
our website together with your client data file and let us do the rest.

cost?
The entry level PDQit™ service for SoHo (Small Office and
Home Office) users is just £4.99 per month. That's it, no hidden costs and
you can cancel at any time. The cost of posting a two page letter or
document including, high quality laser printing, two pages of 90g
brilliant white paper, a C5 envelope and delivery starts at just 40p (plus
VAT). Volume users of the service may also be eligible for attractive
discounts.
How does the no risk trial
work?
All new customers are eligible for a no risk trial of
PDQit. Now you can experience the benefits of the service by simply
downloading, installing and registering the PDQit SoHo software. The trial
is completely free, asks for no commitment and what's more, your first
letter will be free! If you would to continue with the PDQit SoHo service
after your trial then click on the credit account button and follow the

What if I decide to
cancel in future?
You are not tied to any long-term contract, so
you can cancel the service at anytime. There are absolutely no
cancellation fees or hidden charges.
Can I send documents from other
applications such as my accounts package?
You can send
individual items to post from just about any Windows application providing
the address falls within the Red Window and the page setup meets the PDQit
requirements. However, by upgrading from PDQit to PDQit Pro you gain the
ability to integrate with variable data output from applications such as
Sage™ and SAP™ amongst many others. Rather than posting individual
documents PDQit Pro will happily print and post hundreds of documents such
as invoices in a single run. As part of the inclusive PDQit Pro service,
