We test an initial business case with you - once you are comfortable that there is sufficient benefit we continue.

We operate a project plan with you that communicates the achievement of the milestones to each of your stakeholders.

We provided deliverables in a phased approach so that as soon as possible you can start to receive benefits from our work.

We normally manage the project within a formal project management model for quality assurance.
