Option 1. Budget and Business Case Assessment

For example supposing you wanted to identify whether there were any benefits of following a particular strategy, you would presumably first want to size the resources that you might apply, establish the potential value to your business of either cost savings, productivity benefits, business enablers or a combination of all three.

Before spending a lot of money on rushing into a project  or new software or hardware it is worth sanity checking the proposition.

Our Remote Needs Assessment Process will help you to quickly identify the real issues, real needs and benefits of any solutions without expensive audits, project teams and evaluation processes.

We assess your starting point in terms of market benchmark, performance of costs and potential to save.

We do this by asking you for key information components that we can combine with our wealth of past experience to answer three questions with a reasonable degree of confidence

  • How much are you actually spending
  • How much value can you get or save
  • What are the alternative options

We deliver you a written report with our findings and with a fast turnaround you can easily achieve a confidence factor that we will be accurate to +/- 20% of your costs and benefits.

Option 2. Data Validation and remote tools content collation

It could well be that you already have sufficient data to provide all this is necessary to produce a solid business case. For example you might have had a recent audit or have device or user monitoring tools in place.

We have a sophisticated process for linking in all of this information together with cost management data in order to validate the current costs and the potential to redesign and save costs.

We often find this service is of use when our clients are seeking an independent second opinion and the data validation service is a powerful way of confirming that the project benefits will in fact be as forecast.

Option 3.  Pilot and In-depth sample of a representative part of your business

Once you have established sufficient confidence to move on with a further investigation, you might consider identifying a part of your business that is representative or perhaps even suffering the most pain to act as a pilot for any change process.

We can work with you to identify suitable candidates and then to operate an in-depth programme of cost analysis and redesign to offer a proof of concept that will confirm the overall business case and deliver to the objectives of your project within the pilot environment.

We will provide detailed cost analysis, detailed designs and implement the proposed solution within a controlled environment ensuring that the objectives are met.

Option 4.  Company-Wide implementation of the new strategy

We have worked with clients who want to ensure that the strategy can be implemented across their organisation despite the variations in needs. We have been able to sample document workflow and device usage across the business and swiftly identify any exceptional or critical needs and recommend and incorporate any necessary modifications to the design and deployment phases in order that the project continues to roll out successfully in all areas of the business.
